Makro Online orders

Makro's Online Store is a waste of time. We ordered 2x items online delivered 5-7 working days. They delivered the first item within the delivery period, but the second item we are still waiting for. Don't they keep you up to date, I have to phone every time and ask what the progress is and every time they just say the matter has been escalated to the Market Place or to the Courier company. The delivery times given is not reliable and following up on outstanding orders is a nightmare. This is not the first time we battled with the online store and orders, really pathetic service. We have instructed all employees at our offices to no longer place any orders online at Makro, it is just not worth battling with it.
