Makro online orders

I placed 2 orders online on the 25th Nov. Delivery was promised within 3 to 7 days. On the one order 2 of the 4 items were delivered during the promised dates. A person delivered it with his personal vehicle?? The rest of that order and the other order was still not delivered by today 9th Dec. I went to collect the items at Makro as I could not wait any longer. Despite numerous calls and emails I was totally ignored as they refused to give me a delivery date. This is pathetic and useless. I will never again order online. It's a joke.
