Makro Online orders

I am unhappy with Makro as I ordered a smart watch online and an incorrect product was delivered. I immediately logged a return ticket and have been waiting for almost 2 weeks. I have not received any communication from Makro explaining where the delay is, I can never recommend Makro to anyone their customer service is very poor.
