Makro online orders
I placed an order a week ago and still have not received my order for the company or my personal order, both placed on the same day. It is different orders from different Makro stores but neither have been delivered. Instead of allowing you to choose alternatives for items they don't have in stock, they just cancel the items. It is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had and will no longer be supporting them.

11 Sept 2024, 08:11Makro is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I bought groceries and waited for over a week for delivery which didn't happen. After many calls, I eventually had to go collect them my self because no-one could ensure that my groceries would be delivered. Makro do better, in this economy we all deserve better customer service. Thank you Thembi for your assistance.
