Makro online ordering

I bought a dishwasher and a washing machine online on the 26th of November 2021. The washing machine was delivered but not the dishwasher. Got a call from the courier company on the 8th December to confirm delivery. The dishwasher hasn't been delivered to date. I called their call center and was given the reference number ***..No one is giving me information on the status of my order.
