Makro Online ordering and delivery a DISASTER

I ordered a portable aircon and window kit through Makro online.

The window kit was delivered, but NOT the Aircon. Makro sent an email, stating all was delivered, without verifying with me, the client.

Now Makro is just "washing their hands" and do not even reply to my emails. even when replying to their "***", as per their "delivery" email. Guess what...This email does not exist. So, I am chasing my tail between Makro and their delivery courier, WumDrop za. Between the 2 of them, we don't get answers or feedback and have to do all the chasing and communication from our side. I shall never use Makro ordering again...ever. This has been a VERY sour experience, with No resolve in sight. The aircon is just MIA.

My partner went to the local Makro, only to be told that Makro is only the "middleman". The middleman who I paid and through whom it was ordered ...yeah right... worst still...on their flawed system online you must log a return of the item to be able to potentially rectify this issue.... (why and how do you return an item that you never received??? and in its original packaging) ...this is a joke, right?

This has all the signs of ***** and gross incompetence.

I am DISGUSTED in Makro and their lax attitude and lack of care and communication. This has become a VERY unpleasant experience. (What was supposed to be a joys occasion and a surprise for my partner)
