Makro Online Ordering a nightmare

After having ordered a product with Makro Online on 26 November 2021 (#MAK***) I've received the incorrect item delivered a few days later. No issues, this can happen. However, after that a nightmare started of zero communication and a total inability to get anyone via email or telephone to sort it out. About 10 days later I cancelled the order telephonically and now am still awaiting my refund. I get sent from pillar to post via email and telephone. Truly horrible customer experience. I will not make use of Makro Online again!
