Makro Online ordering

On 14 December I placed an order for two items online, for delivery. I got the one item within a few days, earlier than estimated. But to this day (12/01/2024) I am still waiting for the second item. I am now literally calling every single day to follow up on this delay and everyday I get promised that I will get an answer the same day, which does not happen. Today I was even told that the store has updated the order stating that I went in and collected the item, which I did not....Horrific admin from Makro's side....

Can I please get the order delivered ASAP Makro Wonderboom? I have ordered stuff from the US that got here faster in the past....really.... My opinion, do not order online for delivery....it is a terrible experience.
