Makro Online order terrible

Online orders are terrible. I placed an order on the 25th of April of which I am still waiting for one of the items. An email was sent to the support department on 6 May 2024 where up to date, I have not received any response. Several calls have been made to the call centre where still no solution to the delayed delivery has been forthcoming. Today dates 12 working days since the order was placed where the agreed delivery time is 5 to 7 working days.
