Makro Online order shows complete but not delivered

An online order shows complete but I am still waiting to receive it. All the Makro call center numbers that I tried resulted in dropped calls from their side after having listened to the basic IVR options or after listen to their music for a while. I even called Massmart and was told that I would be put through to a Paul but no answer there either.
