Makro online order services is pathetic.

Makro service is pathetic. Your courier contacted me this morning and asked me to make time out of my day to take delivery of my order placed online(which I was not expecting till the end of next week). I was asked to be available after 2pm the the current time is 18:00 and no delivery. This is a huge inconvenience to me as you committed to a time and didn't deliver. I have made several calls to your contact centres and would really appreciate if you can review these calls as the agents have no knowledge of store details eg. Trading hours and contact numbers. Really feel you should focus less on marketing and a little bit more on customer satisfaction. If you look at all your social media pages its clear that you are failing dismally in this area of your business.
