Makro Online Order process failing.

delivered a previously returned item, It even had a form filled out explaining why it was returned and a big red sticker on the box saying its returned. Now I contact Makro on the weekend and couldn't get through so i eventually sent an email with all the details Saturday. No one is committing to a new item being delivered... ? I ordered on Wednesday last week. and judging what im reading here i might as well go to makro and get my product or my money.
