Makro online order placed and paid 13 days ago, still waiting for goods

<p>I placed an order online on 27 November 2016, for collection at the Germiston store (not the most convenient store for me, but it was the store that showed the most items in my order as 'available'). The online ordering process indicated that the goods would be ready for collection in 3-5 days - and of course payment had to made immediately, not on collection. Thirteen days later (9 December) the order is still not available, and I see many similar complains on hellopeter. </p> <p>AVOID Makro's online shopping options, make sure you have the goods in your possession before making payment.</p>
