Makro online order not received

Good day

Please be advised that I didn't receive my makro order.i checked my order and it says it has been delivered today.

I called the driver Lawrence Mxolisi from Wamdrop - cell number-*** & he said he wasnt assigned to any orders for today.

I have called the makro call center numerous times and evey time I need to re explain my story.

@ one point the agent said that I did get the stock and that Lawrence signed for it bt Lawrence is the driver that I don't even no.

I see that my order now says return rejected.which I dnt understand I didn't even receive the order.

No one has called with feedback regarding the order that was supposed to be delivered on the 04 of December.

i must keep calling for an update not that it helps coz its like im calling for the first time every time.

Please can I have my order deliveredor refunded to my account.
