Makro online order not received
I placed an order online on the 7th August 2024. I was suppose to receive it on the 12th of August. Received nothing. Contacted Makro and they said they would escalate it. It still has not been picked up from the suppliers. This is unacceptable.

30 Aug 2024, 08:47am still waiting for a refund that was supposed to be given last week already. Natasha phoned me on Friday to ask if I had received it and I said no and she was going to get back to me. I have emailed you guys with no response. I have still not heard anything from Makro or Natasha.
