Makro Online Order not processed

I have ordered Marshall speakers for R399.00 and payment was done via my credit card, the order is shown on my Makro profile as "Order in Progress" (08-10-2018). A day later I order a washing machine online and payment done via credit card. the washing machine was delivered 2 days Later and to this day I am waiting for any contact from Makro regarding my Marshall speaker.

I have called their call centre and was told that someone will call me, never happened. I tried again on Friday ( 12-10-2018) and was told that I would get a call on Monday and the order was in progress, its now Tuesday and nothing happened????

how is it that a washing machine can get delivered and yet i am battling with getting a simple speaker from them.

I am absolutely disappointed with Makro and their online service.
