Makro Online Order Not Delivered Since 27th – No Progress

I placed an online order with Makro (Order Number: OD***) on the 27th for our monthly groceries, including items needed for my children’s lunch boxes.

To date, the order has still not been delivered. What is even more frustrating is that the order appears to have been sent back and forth by the store with no clear explanation and no progress.

I have followed up, yet there has been no proper resolution or clear communication on when the order will actually be delivered. This situation is extremely inconvenient because these are essential groceries for my household.

This level of service is very disappointing. I expect Makro to urgently investigate this matter, provide a clear explanation of what went wrong, and arrange immediate delivery of my order.

Customers should not have to chase a retailer for basic service, especially for essential grocery orders. I hope Makro will treat this complaint seriously and resolve it without any further delays.
