Makro Online Order - Not Delivered!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an online order with Makro on the 2 June and paid an expensive delivery fee for a 7 - 10 day delivery. After receiving multiple messages from a courier that my makro order had been cancelled, I became extremely concerned and decided to track the order on their online tracking system. I later was shocked to find out that their system stated that the order had already been delivered. I have still not received my order and I cannot get through to their customer services line. My emails have gone without any response. they haven't bothered to update me on my order or to notify me to why the order was cancelled. I will definitely not be supporting Makro again. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted in their service!!! I will continue to fight to get my order from them but please do not put yourself in the same position! Do not support Makro!!!! They are useless and do not care for their clients!!!
