Makro Online order not delivered

I made an order and the order was split into 2. Only one part of the order has been delivered and when I try contact Makro the calls are not being answered. On the WhatsApp chat I keep getting the same automated response saying the order has been delivered. This has been such a horrible experience and trying to communicate with Makro seems like there’s no winning.
