Makro Online order non Performace from Wumdrop

Very Poor service from Makro with my recent order which is basically a problem caused by the Makro online delivery service which relies on their contractor Wumdrop. After 5 days of poor communication and non-delivery and then finally a decision by Makro to cancel my order, all that Makro's Customer Care centre can do is apologies for the whole debacle instead of investigating why and how this happened: Their reply: "Thank you for your detailed email and for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration caused by the conflicting communication regarding your delivery the address discrepancy, and the unexpected refund notification. We understand how disappointing this experience has been, especially as a long-standing Makro customer. Please note that your order has been cancelled and the refund has already been processed. Kindly allow the standard processing time for the funds to reflect in your account. We truly regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us, as this helps highlight areas where improvement is needed."
