Makro - Online order - No delivery

I ordered from Makro online 3 Jan 2023. Up to date Makro still have to deliver the order. I've been in contact with the Call Centre numerus times, every time they escalate the issue, someone from the Delivery Departments phones and arrange for delivery, and then nothing.
