Makro online order nightmare

I place an order every month for our office vending machine. Order no. OD*** was placed on Monday, 4th August - 5th August I received the bulk of the order, 6th August Courier Guys delivers a box of Oreos and then I get sent an email from Makro that I must collect the balance of the order from the store. The value of my order allowed for free delivery, I requested a delivery for a reason - I do not have the means to collect the items. Makro you are dropping the ball with you online orders. I need my remaining order delivered because they were part of my free delivery.
