Makro online order nightmare

I ordered 5 Airfryers for a group of ladies, Makro delivered the wrong airfryers, in torn, crushed, peeling boxes. The other airfryer was damaged in the side, it was crushed. The ladies had been waiting for their air fryers for almost 3 weeks in excitement for they item I am devastated
