Makro online order more than a month waiting..??

I placed online order for a Defy stove hob and a Defy oven on 13 August 2015. Up to date I have not had any response or feedback regarding this order. It was supposed to take a week, but when I phoned yesterday 3rd time, after promising to return my phone call, they said I will only receive the goods by 18 September 2015. This is more than a month, without ANY notification. By far worst online shopping experience ever and terrible service from Makro.
