Makro- - Online order #MAK*** NO REFUND.. MAKRO *****ING FROM US
Bought sink from Makro for 3500.00, upon receiving and opining the box we found the item cracked and damaged. We processed return immediately. The returns now been rejected, as the "seal' was broken. Well the only "seal" was the tape closing the box and surely we have to open the box. Now Makro is ignoring us 0 communication. I'm out of pocket and no sink. Makro's basically now *****ing from us. One would not expect this from one of the biggest Retailers in S.A.

As much as i appreciate the feedback, i would much more appreciate confirmation that my refunds been proceed. I do not want and exchange as clearly this is not a great product.
