Ordered online 2 cellphone covers of the same make/brand for the same phone, only for both items to arrive incorrect, do you have illiterate people reading your orders? How do you go for S20 Ultra to a S11 SE...??? A week to wait for this and this disappointing... get your act together and resolve this mess asap!
