Makro online order has the worst service ever!!

Your online shopping has the worst service ever, I call everyday since 4 December 2021, because my order was incorrect..Yesterday 07 December 2021 I received a dispatch email and that the courier will contact me , now it’s 15:51 and no sms..I called your call center at *** and spoke to Gift who said he was going to put me through only to have him hang up on me..Order reference number on request.
