Makro Online order

Makro is by far the worst online store i have ever delt with, How on earth do you take our money and not give us updates on our product, how can the order still be processing and not acknowledged. how can such a big and well known company not reply to emails and have so many bad reviews in 1 single day. I Purchesed an item and fair enought after 2 hours i came back for another and it was out of stock, I checked again the next day and not the items are there,so i purchased 3 more of the same items but different orders. delivery was suppose to be on monday and today the 18th. Customer care now tells me my order might be canceled. These were gifts, makro should not have taken my order , i could have purchased the gifts somewhere else and it would have arrived on time, now there is nothing i can do to get them on time and i do not have extra monies to fulfil gifts. I will sure be taking legal action if this is not resolved asap.
