Makro online order

I placed an order on 20 Aug, MAK***, when I placed the order I was informed max delivery time 2 to 5 days. To date, it hasn't been delivered as yet. I even phoned the supplier and the product is awaiting the Makro courier to collect it. According to Makro, the courier advised that the product will be delivered today. However, it still hasn't arrived. I will never, ever again order from Makro....absolute pathetic service delivery!
