Makro online order - do not use this option. Rather use takealot

I am very disappointed with the online service of Makro. I placed a order for a duffel bag as the proce was only valid online and not in store. Order palced 28 Oct 202 and delivery date suppose to be 4 Nov 25. My son's flight booking was for 6 Nov 25. By 5 Nov 25 after escalating the order it was still not shipped!! Now I request a refund in order to buy a bag and they tell me I have to wait 7 - 14 days. I will never use or recommend Makro online to anyone.
