Makro online order disaster

I've placed an order on Makro online on the 29th of November, still to date there's no communication whatsoever when I try to call them with regards to my order they don't answer the call and they don't make any effort to communicate with me, my sister ordered almost the same thing with me on the 5th of December but her order has been delivered, just make it make sense, I'm so ****ed right now
