Makro online order disappointment

I placed an order online on 24 August 2022, i have followed up several times and promised delivery by 6 September 2022, I have still not received my order to date.

Emil address provided does not respond and when you call in they lie and say the order is on its way or courier van was full so it will definitely come the next day.

Service is appalling for such a huge brand.

Please cancel my order and refund me my money as I have sourced the products elsewhere. The wait is unreasonable. My order number is MAK***
