Makro online order disappointment

What a terrible experience ordering online from Makro! Ordered a tv online as a Christmas gift, then saw that the order was going to take 45 days to be delivered, I then decided to cancel 3 weeks later, cancelation was not successful, once again tried to cancel a week after that and the cancelation was successful, but no refund was issued and now 41 days later Makro has no idea what's happening. This is quite disappointing from a huge retailer like Makro and it's certainly a good reason for me to never shop online at Makro again!
