Makro online order delivery delays frust

I made an online orde on 26 July and delivery was supposed to be 3 days. Its now 9 days. I have been following up on the call and WhatsApp but am not getting any assistance. The latest feedback was.... Please note that the query has been escalated to the store and there is no feedback that has been provided. This is after i have made calls 3 times and numerous WhatsApp follow ups.
