MAKRO ONLINE ORDER

I placed an online order on Saturday the 10th of May. The money was deducted from my bank account but it shows as unpaid on MAKRO. I emailed them about this and I was asked to send through the POP which I did. I sent a follow up e-mail which was not responded to. I have made subsequent calls and I was told that the matter had been "escalated" to finance but still nothing. I was supposed to receive this item by the 15th as it is a gift. I do not want my money back, I just want the order fulfilled *PLEASE*!

18 days later… *NOTHING*. I am very very very disappointed in your service. I am the one who has to call REPEATEDLY and I keep getting the same “escalation” story!

I'm not sure how many "escalations" you need to make to fix this issue. The other day you sent an e-mail asking for the proof of payment, my ID copy and proof of account which I sent through for a refund. No response, no refund still.

May I please get my money back????? AGAIN, I had to phone in, no e-mails or calls from you guys. I was told that the status on this issue was "invalidated". The lady I was speaking to even cut the phone on me before we had finished talking! This is grossly unfair. PLEASE refund my money. It has been a month now.

I must have heard the word “escalated” over a 100 times over the past month. Am I ever getting my money back???? The order doesn’t even appear anymore on my orders list in my account! Honestly MAKRO, do better. I don’t think anyone is taking this matter seriously at all otherwise it would not have taken over a month to resolve.

All the dates you are referring to are included. The statement marked 17 May covers the period from 19 April to 17 May. The statement marked 17 June covers the period 19 May to 17 June. The statement marked 17 July covers the period 18 June to 17 July. Did anyone open all the statements and go through them thoroughly?
