Makro Online Order Bad service
I ordered a TV on 30 Nov at Makro, online. Still no TV. Was suppose to be here on 3 Dec and every day they have an excuse

18 Dec 2024, 16:41It is 18 December and still no TV! Absolutely unacceptable and action is needed. Poor service and absolutely no one is interested in assisting me. Even after plenty of phone calls!

22 Dec 2024, 12:36Never ever will I buy through Makro again. Your service was poor. No one willing to help and resolve. We waited 3 weeks. I have advised many people now to use other suppliers. I over and over requested management to phone me and NOTHING happened.
