Makro online order bad experience

I placed on online order on Makro. While they did ask me to confirm my postal code, at no point did they confirm the delivery adress. Most applications confirm delivery at payment so you expect it will come but it doesnt. I then got order confirmation showing an old address i used to stay at a few years ago. I immediately changed the address in my profile removing the old one. But that doesnt affect the order. I read the FAQ, it specfically states, to change the delivery address on an active order. You need to whatsapp them on thier help line. So i did. They where veey unhelpful did not even ask about my order. Just say "no, we dont change addresses, then they 'hang up on you' and you go back to talking to th bot . Despite thier own documentation indicating they do support this.
