Makro online order and delivery frustration

I would never orden online from Makro again. We've ordered some items on 19 May, at the end it said our items will come in 4 separate deliveries. What a struggle!!! The first 2 deliveries were ok. The 3rd delivery, they went to a completely different address, Pretoria North instead of Pretoria East. We told him the right address again and just a reminder to come anytime from 16:00. Waited 2 or 3 days, he arrived in the morning at 08:00. Reminded him to come later. Next day, again early in the morning. So over the phone told him 16:00 and he said it's too late he's going to take it back to Makro and we should collect it ourselves. So I contacted Makro explaining everything and pick up, the guy said we'll try delivery again. Waited a few days and it came on a Friday. I am still waiting for an item, 3 weeks later. I didn't realize it will almost take a month since Makro says 2-5 Business days to deliver. So I contact Makro again. Now they phoned me, I couldn't hear the guy speaking but heard something about a credit and he'll phone me back. This is unacceptable service. I'm disappointed and angry and will advise everyone not to order this way.
