Makro Online Order - A Nightmare

I made an online order with Makro in November 2023. They took too long to deliver it, hence I canceled the order and had to drive to the store to buy the same stuff. They said they'd refund me in a week, that was Makro Riversands. To this day, close to 5 months later, I have not received my refund. I've called the call center countless times, with no results. I even drove one day to Makro Woodmead, the manager promised to take quick action, but still I have seen no refund.

Makro online orders are stressful, I'd advise anyone to stay far away from them. Nevertheless, Makro, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
