MAKRO online order a disaster

I bought goods online on 21 June 21. On 28 June I enquired about my order for delivery to Bloemfontein. I was told that the order was being dispatched from Port Elizabeth. When I phone Makro Port Elizabeth no one knew anything about a delivery from Port Elizabeth to Bloemfontein.

I have been phoning both national office and PE and 40 minutes of phone calls I'm still totally in the dark (I might as well have ordered from Eskom). John Meyer ***
