Makro online order
I purchased a product online on the makro website on the 13th of January 2025. my order has not been delivered to this date. I have been calling makro almost everyday with no success. Please help

06 Feb 2025, 12:52they said that my package is at the woodmead branch, it's been 2 weeks saying that. I opted to go and fetch it myself. when I call woodmead, they dont have the package at the store. When I call the call centre for cancellation of my order to get the refund, that also keeps on saying pending
