Makro online order

I bought a samsung tablet on promotion on the online shop the 3rd of October the next.day i got an update that delivery will be on the 12th of October. On the 7th of October I suddenly got an email to say that my order is cancelled due to no stock. This doesnt make sense so I phoned them immediately spoke to Heckter he then said that it doesnt make sense as he can see on his side that the courier was on the way to collect.........he will look into it and come back to us. Today i phoned them twice with no answer to the problem.
