Makro online order

I am so disappointed that I placed an order in December and this came in 5 different orders. One of the orders came leaking only to find that one item was not closed properly and damaged all other items. Some items were also missing. When I tried raising this issue with MAKRO they keep telling me that the matter was excavated, their WhatsApp , email and call centre is not even helpful at all. And online it appears as if my order has been completed and that I received all my items . It’s literally daylight ******* at this point
