Makro Online Order

People do not shop at Makro! had done an online order on 05/12/2023 which clearly states that it will take 2-5 days - received a mail yesterday (18/12/2023) saying it was delivered, but I had not received my order!! I called Makro to query it and they said they will escalate it. They did not call me back. emailed them aswell but obviously no reply, what a shocker! I had called again today and once again I get told that they will escalate it. it has been 14 days and counting! they clearly do not know what they are doing! ... totally unacceptable!
