Makro online order

Don't shop online at Makro, I bought an iPhone 11 for R 9,699.00 on the 11th Sep 2024, 08:22 AM and I was assured that the delivery should be Expected by 17 September. Then, on Friday the 13th Sep 2024, 20:00 PM we received an sms suggesting that the Order is packed and waiting to be handed over to their courier partner We inquire on the 17th in the afternoon about our order status, then we were told that 'we have had to cancel your order and a full refund will be processed for you and the refund process has already been initiated and you can expect to see the funds back in your account within 3-5 business days'

Up to today, 12 days later NO DELIVERY and NO REFUND nothing is been happening.

We are frustrated

what a poor horrible service, now we are afraid to purchase anything in the future through the use of Makro online.
