I bought a KIC fridge online at Makro on the 26th of June till today the 19th of July I haven’t received my order and I have been calling them almost everyday to ask for a refund but they keep giving me the run and around and they say the finance department will get back to me but they never actually do so. I’m so disappointed by this company and I would never suggest anyone buy from them. Also their consultants never actually assist you!
