Makro Online order - 1 month and still waiting

I placed an order for an Apple Pencil as a gift, with Makro online on 13th November (order number MAK***), and delivery was indicated as 21 days. Later on 13 Nov i got an email saying its being packed. On 1st Dec i got an email saying due to high in-store demand, my order was delayed without an ETA. On 13 Dec i sent an email asking for an update and got a response saying its been escalated and will get feedback. Still nothing? on 15th December I got an email to rate their service???? absolutely shocking experience with no end in site.
