Makro - Online or Offline??

Makro Online service,...what can i say it falls inline with the rest of SA's Service delivery (non existent). We have been trying to purchase a lawnmower via Makro online, and boy did we have problems to start with you cannot do a checkout without a card number, we have been assisted with that telephonically, 2 After countless calls yesterday and today 13/03/2020 @ 08H20 we finally have been told by an arrogant / ******** person named / nicknamed Nicky that we should drive to Makro BFN and purchase it there. Really Nicky...Makro needs to jack up their online website or get people on the other end of the line who actually has the ability to assist, Hopefully Mitch Slape gets to read all these bad reviews and does something about it.
