Makro Online Ontime but not Sublime

1st and definitely last time that I will ever use Makro online.

Purchased 3 of the same items on a Black Friday deal. To be fair, the experience up to delivery was as expected but that's where it ended. Upon opening the package, 1 item was missing ( did not look as though carton had been tampered with). Rep**** to customer feedback from Makro and the courier company regarding delivery mentioning that 1 item was missing, no response. Contacted support centre and logged a request. When I received feedback it basically just stated that according to the POD all items had been received and signed for, and that was that. Tried a few times to call the call centre but eventually gave up and only on the 3rd attempt the next day and after 35 minutes waiting got through. Told the consultant that i wasnt happy with response from makro, he forwarded a mail with my message to the person who responded originally and i havn't heard anything since but not holding my breath. 1st bad experience of any online shopping and guess i understand why Makro online is so far behind its peers.
