#MAKRO ONLINE / ONLINE OPERATORS

Its now two months struggling to get hold of someone to assist me about my online order MAK*** #Camera license plat holder.. my order was divided to 3 packages,i did receive the two and the other one never received, i did not gave the pin because ther was 1 package missing, the courier guy just said maybe they will being it tomorrow, been calling since then , the online operators just asculate then say they will refund me after numerous of asculations, today again as if everything start all over i must explain again what happen ...they will asculate again.aaah common guys. What if it was a expensive order.

All my other orders was problem free... But if someone was ********* they must be held accountable., Because we also order goods for customers and if we cant deliver you lost your customer and also customers they talk about provider's that cannot keep they promises.

You guys doing the refunds and missing items investigations are weak,weak......again now makro people are doing request to pick up.....theres nothing to pick up ,,, like i said ii never received the item, and that's my reason i want my money back, i wont just leave it so like other guys do when they give up.....my money i will get it.

Apologies the new way of settling things, did you follow up ,what happend is there someone responsible, is there feedback or do we continue on apologies and escalates!!!! Still not been refunded.

Like i said nothing is returned, there was nothing to return as there was nothing delivered... The item was not delivered to me .

I hope we all can see whats going on here ,and again it gets back to me to keep on waiting,hanging, iam not being disrespectful to makro and stuff, all iam saying i wont stop using this platform and also consider other social platforms aswell untill rectified 🤞
